Manual support review
Support, privacy, billing, and data-issue paths are separated so sensitive requests route to the right review lane.
- Available today
- Send the issue type, account context, BBL, source section, and official comparison link when relevant.
- Next action
- Use the matching support, privacy, legal, or data-issue contact path without sending private owner data.
Support trust
Route the right issue to the right review lane
Data issues, account help, billing, privacy, and urgent concerns stay separated.
- Source context
- Use BBL, source label, freshness state, and official links when a displayed record affects follow-up.
- Privacy minimum
- Keep requests scoped to the issue. Do not include card numbers, private contact data, full exports, or conclusions.
- Manual review
- Support and access requests are reviewed by a person; opening a page does not change account or source state.
General support targets a response within three business days. Most early-access questions should be answered by the pricing, privacy, terms, and account pages. Privacy requests should go to privacy@getpropsignal.com, and urgent legal, compliance, or security concerns should go to legal@getpropsignal.com.

legal@getpropsignal.comAccess request status
Use Request access for early access interest. Requests are reviewed before approval.
Billing or refund review
During early access, access and billing support are handled manually. After launch, cancellation stops future renewals and refunds are reviewed for billing errors, duplicate charges, legal requirements, or unresolved service problems.
Property data issue
Include the BBL, displayed address, record section, freshness state, what appears stale or incorrect, and any official source link used for comparison. Do not include private owner/contact data or legal conclusions.
Privacy request
Use privacy@getpropsignal.com or the account privacy tools for export or deletion requests. Public records are handled separately from account privacy controls.
Urgent legal or security concern
Send legal, compliance, security, or urgent privacy matters to legal@getpropsignal.com so they do not sit in general support triage.
Support triage
What to send and what changes
What to include
BBL, displayed address, source label, freshness state, route, invoice, charge, or account email when relevant.
What not to include
Do not send card numbers, private owner/contact data, full source-system exports, or legal conclusions.
What can change
A person can review displayed context or account status. Official records, billing, and notifications change only through their governed paths.
Source status
How to read coverage and corrections
PropSignal organizes public NYC property records into review context. Official sources remain the place to confirm or correct the underlying record.
Shown here
The property page has source-backed context that PropSignal can display with labels, source links, and freshness cues.
Unavailable here
A missing section means the record is not shown in this view. It is not proof that an official source has no record.
Needs official source check
When a displayed fact affects a decision, open the official source and send the BBL, source label, and visible issue if the PropSignal view looks stale or wrong.
Support handoff
What happens after you contact support
Human review
A person reviews the context you send. Reading this page or opening a mail link does not change account, billing, property data, or notification state.
Official record review
We can review what PropSignal displays, but official records must be corrected in the source system.
Privacy and billing split
Privacy, legal, billing, and property-data issues route separately so sensitive requests do not sit in the wrong queue.
Property data issue context
BBL 1008570075 is attached to this support path. Signed-in users can create a durable support case with this BBL prefilled. Public visitors can email the same context manually. PropSignal can review displayed context, but official records should be corrected in the source system.
During early access
Requests are reviewed before approval. Requesting access does not create a paid subscription.
Billing and refunds
When paid plans are active, subscriptions can be cancelled through supported billing flows or support. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Current-period refunds are not automatic. Refunds are manually reviewed for duplicate charges, billing errors, legal requirements, or service problems we cannot reasonably resolve.
Official sources
PropSignal organizes public NYC property records on a scheduled basis. Source links stay with property pages. If a BBL, address, record section, or freshness state looks wrong, include the BBL and source detail in a support request.
