Add properties by searching BBLs when your access level allows watched-property state; Portfolio users can triage them in the dashboard

Choose which record categories and scheduled update frequency you want to review when delivery is approved and enabled

Step 4: Configure Scheduled Updates

Review options:

  • Attention items - Records with official source links that may need manual verification
  • Record changes - New supported permits, violations, filings, or lien context
  • Digest review - Scheduled summaries when delivery is approved and enabled
  • Custom rules - Planning-safe rule criteria for properties you watch
