Quick Start
Fastest path: Search for a BBL, sign up, return to the building page, then request or confirm eligible watch access for scheduled updates.
Step 1: Find Your Properties
Find BBL by Address
Use NYC DOF NOW or other property databases to look up BBLs by address
Step 2: Create Your Account
Choose Your Plan
Search BBL property records, then request Monitor access for watched-property review or Portfolio access for triage, reporting, and export workflows

Build Your Watchlist
Add properties by searching BBLs when your access level allows watched-property state; Portfolio users can triage them in the dashboard
Set Update Preferences
Choose which record categories and scheduled update frequency you want to review when delivery is approved and enabled

Review options:
- Attention items - Records with official source links that may need manual verification
- Record changes - New supported permits, violations, filings, or lien context
- Digest review - Scheduled summaries when delivery is approved and enabled
- Custom rules - Planning-safe rule criteria for properties you watch
